Completely agree integrating cultures at that scale is incredibly nuanced and often involves huge restructurings. I think we’ll only see M&A in the space pick up and the use of innovation labs and new products being launched within these orgs disguised as small CPG companies. Long Weekend is an interesting example of this model.
